The second match of the broadly pined for Indian Premier League (IPL) 2017 is between Mumbai Indians (MI) and Rising Pune Supergiants (RPS) on sixth April at Maharashtra Cricket Association (MCA) International Stadium, Pune. Prior to the presence of Pune Warriors and Rising Pune Supergiant, MCA International Cricket Stadium, Pune was the auxiliary home ground for Mumbai Indians which adds to the contention much more.
This year Rising Pune Supergiant (RPS) is driven by Australian Skipper Steve Smith, who was picked over MS Dhoni which is a significant deed in itself. Last season Rising Pune Supergiant (RPS) completed on the appalling seventh position in the focuses table, which the group needs to overlook and perform better this year. This year RPS has spent Rs 14.5 crore to purchase the all-rounder Ben Stokes, while Mumbai Indians rolled out no real improvements in the group aside from the way that Mitchell Johnson is currently incorporated into the squad.
