 1st Over | Score 11/0 | Buttler 5* ; Parthiv 5* 

The players are out on the field all set for match no. 2 at Pune.Rohit is returning after a long, long time. Fans will expect some crackling shots from him. Smith, the new skipper of RPS, will be under the radar for his new part. 

Parthiv and Buttler are the two batsmen. Parthiv is at strike while Ashok  Dinda is the bowler. First ball and it was a wide. Buttler goes ahead strike, takes an unsafe single and...Deepak Chahar gives a four by over throw. Presently Parthiv strikes a four down the fine-leg.

Messy fielding had demonstrated very costly for RCB. RPS cannot afford to do that. Deepak Chahar opens up and Buttler strikes him for a four down the  mid-wicket.

Ben Stokes returns. Dangerous single from Rayadu, Smith misses by an inch. Mumbai Indians in outright hard water now. Started of well, yet then Tahir-enchantment did it all. Great over-only three of it.
